Cancelation, return and refund

How can I return a product?

If you made an order and you would like to return it then you can submit a request through WhatsApp on the website and we will return it for free but the below terms and conditions has to be applied:

  • You have 14 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.

  • You can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of the return delivery costs.

  • If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any delivery fees applied.

  • If your purchase is found to be counterfeit, you will receive a full refund along with any delivery fees paid.

  • A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.

  • Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

How can I cancel my order?

  • You can login to your account and then proceed to your orders and click on cancel my order before midnight of the same day you ordered.

 

Delivery 

How long does it take to deliver my order?

  • As we always do our best to make our customers always satisfied, so we always try to deliver orders same working day or next working day based on the product availability and order time, other order types like bulk orders, heavy orders or orders that need handlers may take up to 3 working days.

How much the delivery fees are?

  • Orders less than 50KD are with 2KD flat delivery rate, while orders that exceed 50KD are free of delivery charges.

What is the delivery cut off time?

  • Orders placed before 5:00 pm will be delivered same day or next day based on availability and order time, while orders placed after 5:00 pm will be treated as next day orders.

How can I track my order?

  • As we mentioned before that orders will be delivered with a third part company, so you will receive a message from them with a link that redirects you to the delivery status so you can track your order.

Do you deliver in weekends and specific hours? 

  • You can always place orders any time but only orders placed on Thursday after 5:00 pm and Friday will be treated as Saturday orders as we are not delivering on Fridays till now, as for the delivery times we deliver up to 9:00 pm daily except for Fridays.

 

Ordering

I want a product and it’s out of stock, when will it be available?

  • We always try our best effort to make all the products available to you all the time and that’s why we are dealing with the biggest vendors here in Kuwait, if by chance a product is not available then you can either submit a request to us on WhatsApp and we will let you know when it is available again in our stock or you can browse in the related products on the same product page you desire.

How can I make sure if the flooring or the paint I’m ordering is suitable for me?

  • HomeWagon is always taking the initiative to comfort all its customers that’s why we you can order our sample box which offers you 5 samples for 10 dinars, what you have to do is to choose and pick your samples, add them to your sample box and order them to see if they will be appropriate with your home decoration and style or not.

 

Checkout

What happens when I checkout?

  • Case 1: When you add your products to cart and complete the checkout page details, you will an email which includes a digital invoice, inside this digital invoice you will find all the products you added and the total price in addition to the delivery price, at the same time you will receive a message after few minutes from our third part delivery company that includes the delivery date and a link in order to track your package. Then before they deliver the package to you they will call you to see if it’s appropriate time to deliver the order to you or not if yes then they will come to you and you will receive the package and sign that you received the package, if when they called you they couldn’t reach you or the you are not available then you can schedule another time.

  • Case 2: when you add your products to cart and complete the checkout page details, if the products are not available then you will receive a WhatsApp message and we will let you know when it is available again in our stock or you can browse in the related products on the same product page you desire.

What are the payment methods?

  • The payment methods available for now Credit Card, KNET and cash on delivery.

Not sure what to choose in checkout page?

  • First you have to fill in your delivery address details and your contact information.

  • Second you will see an optional delivery address if you desire to receive your order on different address than the one already saved.

  • Third you will see the delivery charges based on your order value.

  • Forth payment method where you can choose how to pay.

  • Fifth in Review your order section you will choose 1 day

Why I can’t login to my account?

  • Check that you have entered your e-mail address correctly
  • Check that the e-mail address you have entered is the same as the one you used to set up your account
